3 DAY INTENSIVE: INTEGRATION

Integration is a time to delve into areas of stagnation in your movement and create connections for regeneration and healing within your body. We will explore many elements of GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. You will finish with a clear independent GYROTONIC® practice.

Pre- requisite: 1 day intensive or recommend by your teacher.

* You will need exfoliating hemp gloves, available for purchase at the studio for $20.

Use this intensive as mini retreat for yourself.  Nourish yourself, rest well, limit external stimulation, give yourself time to journal or write and enjoy the beauty of the Tiburon peninsula on your break.
