Marsha Duff WarnkeGYROTONIC® & GYROKINESIS®

As a classically trained dancer with over 25 years performance and teaching experience, Marsha Duff Warnke was drawn to the fluid and rhythmic quality of Gyrotonic movement. After experiencing improvements to joint flexibility, resilience and strength on her own body, she was eager to share the benefits of Gyrotonic with others. Marsha has studied under Master Trainers Miriam Barbosa, Kathy Van Patten, Sebastian Plettenberg, and Mariarosa Guglielmi. She has completed her Gyrotonic Level 1 certification, as well as, coursework in Gyrokinesis, Archway Tower, and Jumping Stretching Board. 

Marsha’s client base covers a broad range of individuals including those seeking relief from chronic pain and injury to elite athletes. She has worked extensively with clients managing specific health concerns such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, spinal stenosis, sciatica, scoliosis, transverse myelitis, lupus, heart disease, COPD and breast cancer recovery.

Marsha earned a Master of Science in Education in Exercise Physiology from the University of Kansas in 1987, and went on to become certified as a Clinical Exercise Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a Stott Pilates Instructor Trainer.
