Pat Samuels, GYROTONIC^® & GYROKINESIS^®

Pat has been a teacher at Marin GYROTONIC® Studio for the past 2 years, and has been practicing since 2005. A little league baseball and high school basketball coach, Pat has been teaching movement and exercise in Marin County for over 15 years.  He is inspired by the power of GYROTONIC® movement; the ways in which it creates opening, strength, balance and ultimately inspires confidence, positivity and joy. Pat works with athletes from all sports, specializing in GYROTONIC® applications for golfers, dancers, high school students and people from all walks of life.
