  Here at Marin Gyrotonic, you will find yourself pulled into a world of subtle body awareness techniques to help you encompass the best experience in your body at this time in your life. 
  

  1.  Studio Etiquette: 

  • Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your session. 

  • Please wash hands. If you are showing signs of illness please take care of yourself and stay home. 

  • Please turn off all electronic devices, and remove shoes at the door. 

  • Help yourself to tea or chilled water while you wait in the lounge area for your session. 

  • Sessions are 55 min long. 

  2. Cancellation Policy: We love to have at least 48 hrs so we can fill the spot and give the next person on the waitlist time to adjust their schedule. It's all a ripple affect! We appreciate your help.  Our policy is you will be charged in full for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. 

  3. Billing Policy: We ask to have a Visa or Master card on file to reserve all sessions. If you are buying a package of session, it is required that you buy a package at the beginning of the pack. 

  4. Out of Studio Support: There are many ways to support your embodiment, gyro, or Qigong practice to go further. 

• By joining http://www.beathomewithease.com, you will find many supportive lessons. 

• Keeping a notebook and or a log on your phone of simple home work and practices is useful. 

• Participate in retreat days or weekly Qigong classes. Qigong classes are available both live and virtually at our Larkspur location. More information can be found here: https://www.citrineca.com/

5. Refusal of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone:

• Who is creating a hostile environment for employees or other customers

• Who we feel needs outside medical support, physical therapy or may be at risk or further injury from the work

• Who is beyond our scope of work whether it is physical, mental or emotional health

6. Collaboration with other Practitioners: We work in a collaborative way with many practitioners in Marin and are happy to help you always find the best people if need be to referred out. MG will do their best make sure you have what is needed to achieve your optimum level of wellness. We want the best for you at any time in your life.
