Lunar Year Qigong
About
Lunar-Year Qigong Study
February 27 – December 20, 2026
Welcome,
I’m very happy to begin this conversation with you.
This Lunar-Year Qigong Study is an invitation into steady learning, thoughtful practice, and belonging within a warm and committed community. It is offered for those who feel ready to move away from old patterns of practicing in isolation or moving from class to class, and toward a deeper, more integrated relationship with Qigong over time.
This year-long study follows a seasonal and lunar rhythm, beginning February 27 and concluding December 20. We will meet regularly for weekly classes, gather for extended workshops, and spend time together on retreat—allowing practice to unfold through continuity, inquiry, and shared presence.
I offer this program with deep gratitude to my teachers and lineage. Their trust and guidance have shaped my path, and I teach with care, respect, and the permission I have been given to share this work. It is important to me that the depth and integrity of this practice are honored as it is passed forward.
This is a precious opportunity because it asks for commitment and presence—an agreement to show up over time, to learn alongside others, and to allow practice to evolve through rhythm rather than urgency. Each student will be supported in their own unique process, while also contributing to a shared field of learning.
Due to the depth of this container, participation begins with a simple application and conversation. This helps ensure that the program is supportive, aligned, and meaningful for everyone involved.

Next Step: Tea Time Conversation via Zoom (30 Minutes)
After reviewing applications, selected participants will be invited to a 30-minute Zoom Tea Time conversation.
This is a relaxed and informal meeting—a space to connect, ask questions, and explore whether this Lunar-Year Qigong Study feels aligned and supportive. It is not an interview or assessment, but a shared moment of mutual clarity.
You are warmly encouraged to bring tea, settle in comfortably, and arrive just as you are.
