Lunar-Year Qigong Study

February 27 – December 20, 2026

The Lunar-Year Qigong Study (February 27 – December 20, 2026) is an invitation into steady learning, embodied practice, and belonging within a warm and committed field of people.

There is an application below. This is an important part of the process. Thank you for filling out the form.

This year-long program is for those who feel ready to deepen their connection to Qigong—moving toward integration, self-regulation, and a more holistic relationship with life. Whether you’re filling out the form to join us for the full year or stepping into your first class this week, each moment is an honorable step into a new connection. You’ll discover how Qigong can weave into your day-to-day life, supporting you at every stage. Each entry point is welcome, and each step is part of your unique journey.

We will move through the year in seasonal and lunar rhythm.

Over time, participants often experience:

  • A deeper trust in their internal landscape and intuition

  • Greater ability to differentiate strain from coherence in body, mind, and life

  • A practical toolbox that eventually condenses into a few powerful, personal practices

  • Increased emotional regulation, energetic clarity, and grounded confidence

  • A sense of belonging, warmth, and shared inquiry; a kind of “star family” rooted in care, respect, and mutual witnessing

  • Real, tangible transformation; sometimes even resolving long-standing physical, emotional, or energetic challenges

This work draws from Qigong, Gyrotonic understanding, somatic awareness, and sustained practice over a full lunar year. The structure follows natural cycles, lunar phases and seasonal shifts, so practice develops through rhythm, repetition, and time rather than intensity.

The focus is embodiment: organizing the body, breath, and nervous system so energy becomes coherent and available. Practicing alongside nature’s rhythms helps you recognize your own; how you build, rest, recover, and respond across different phases of life.

What is cultivated here is meant to carry directly into how you walk, parent, work, relate, and restore and BE in life.

Second 7-Week Series: May 1 - June 19th

Intentional Progression (Legs and Pelvis)

We will be building from the stability of the feet upward through the legs and pelvis, while continuing to integrate breath and heart awareness.

Each week offers a specific point of entry, allowing the system to organize with greater clarity and support. This is a delightful way to study and be together in the Qigong lunar new year!

  • May 1: Breath distribution in all directions

  • May 8: Heart space softening as legs root and receive

  • May 15: Foot Stability and Contact

  • May 22: Pause / Integration Break

  • May 29: Charging the legs with Elastic potential

  • June 5: Dynamic Pelvic Stability, Connection, and responsiveness

  • June 12: Clear intent emerging through a settled heart and responsive base

  • June 19: Whole-Body Integration

This progression supports a more coherent relationship between ground, center, and expression allowing the practice to become both more refined and more sustainable in daily life.

Why This Study Is Unique

This container supports:

    •    Embodied sensing, energy awareness, story, form, philosophy, and lived integration

    •    Hands-on feedback loops and real-time refinement

    •    A balance of structure and spontaneity, discipline and flow

    •    Learning that is responsive to the group, the seasons, and lived life

    •    Practice that strengthens self-trust, resilience, intuition, and grounded clarity

My intention is that participants leave feeling something like: “Oh wow… that’s me.”

More themselves. More resourced. More coherent. More alive.

This is a relaxed and informal meeting—a space to connect, ask questions, and explore whether this Lunar-Year Qigong Study feels aligned and supportive. It is not an interview or assessment, but a shared moment of mutual clarity.
